• 1.5 cups of dates (soaked for 10 mins in boiling water and then drain)
• 1 cup of almond meal
• 2/3 cup of oats
• 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
• 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
• 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Blend all the ingredients together (excluding the desiccated coconut) in the food processor until combined.
- Using your hands portion out tablespoon sized portions. Roll into a ball shape.
- Roll in the desiccated coconut.
