Biostime Nutrition are very excited to have partnered with Kiindred to present a Toddler Nutrition IGTV series hosted by Paediatric Dietician and partner of Biostime Nutrition, Karina Savage from SmartBite Nutrition. Karina Savage is a mum of two and leading Paediatric Gut Health Dietitian, who loves enhancing the lives of children with tricky gut conditions and sharing her expert knowledge with parents.

Throughout this four-part IGTV series, Karina will chat with our Biostime Nutrition community around all things toddler nutrition, including:

  • Why various food groups are important
  • How to read nutrition labels
  • Foods to support gut health and immune health
  • How to manage fussy eaters
